We want you to love your purchase! Please read our refund policy carefully before ordering.

Cut Fabric All cut fabric sales are final and non-refundable. Because fabric is cut to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on cut yardage. Please double-check your measurements before purchasing.

Unopened/Uncut Items Unopened items (such as patterns, notions, tools, and pre-packaged goods) may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, provided they are in their original, unused condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thefabricunicorn@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will make it right with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled before they are cut or shipped. Once an order has been cut or fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
